want you to be happy with your Alter Sleeves purchase. Therefore, if
you find any issues with the design or the printing of the sleeve, we
would be happy to replace it for you. We reserve the right not to accept
returns or exchanges for other reasons than production issues, however,
if you have any issue with your purchase, we reqcommend you contact us
and we’ll do the best to resolve this with you. If you find an issue in
your received order, please contact us via the contact page.
Complete Details for Exchanges / Returns
1) Categories of goods that can / cannot be returned (it is necessary to mention both goods of good quality and inappropriate
We will gladly replace any defective or misprinted design that is
reported within 30 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt, whichever is
greater. If you are not happy with the Design for non-production
reasons (color matching, alignment, aesthetics) we will work with you to
come to a solution to resolve the issue. There will be no refunds
issued for shipped designs.
2) Terms, conditions and procedure (process) for the return of goods of good quality
Undesired Designs may result from color
mismatch, incorrect set ordered, too dark or too light designs or
aesthetic issues not noticed before purchase.

If the purchased sleeve does not look as desired, or you have other
non-production issues with it, Alter Sleeves will work with you to
rectify the situation by offering a credit for future purchase or a
fixed version of the printing if appropriate. To resolve the issue we
will also need a photograph of the sleeved card and a photograph of the
card side-by-side with the sleeve. In order to receive a replacement,
the sleeve must be not obviously used or damaged by the buyer. We may
request you destroy the reported sleeve(s) before we send a
replacement. There will be no reason for the customer to ship anything
back to Alter Sleeves in the case of Defective or Undesired designs.
3) Terms, conditions and procedure (process) for the return of goods of inadequate quality
Inadequate Quality may include,
misaligned printing, chipped or peeling printing, damaged sleeves or any
issues that may be caused by inncorrect shipping or handling.

In order to receive a replacement, the Damaged or Misprinted sleeve
must be not obviously used or damaged by the buyer. If it is a
production issue, we request a photograph of the sleeved card and a
photograph of the card side-by-side with the sleeve. We may request you
destroy the reported sleeve(s) before we send a replacement. There will
be no reason for the customer to ship anything back to Alter Sleeves in
the case of Defective designs.
4) The physical location where the refund can be made
In the rare case of a refund, payment will be made back through the
payment provider used to make the purchase, PayPal or Stripe. Generally
resolution will be through reshipment of corrected products or the
issuance of credits or vouchers for future purchase. Credits for Free
Shipping or a refund of shipping costs paid may also be provided.
5) Terms and conditions for the refund.
To receive a refund, the purchase must have been made on the site
using one of the payment methods available. The Customer must have
contacted the Customer Support team and provided evidence of the issue.
Through the resolution process a determination by the support team must
be made to isse a refund instead of replacement product or credit. At
that point, a refund will be issued via the payment system used for the
purchase, PayPal or Stripe.
6) Payment methods
We accept PayPal and Stripe for payment. EU customers will have VAT
included in their purchase. All customers using PayPal will have a 3.5%
fee added to their purchase.
