Trouble with a discount code?

When the discount code you are trying to use doesn’t work, we would like you to check if you have entered it directly as it was given. It doesn’t matter if you use uppercase or lowercase, but the characters themselves do. 
Always make sure the code you have entered is meant for your account, If it is, and it still doesen't work, one common issue is you're not logged in, or logged in with the wrong account.

Alternatively, using coupon tools such as Honey can cause issues as it will often scrape personal coupons meant for only one account, causing errors during checkout or conflicts with other coupons.
